VsureIndia Customer(s) Product(s) Refund Policy

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

  • Any DSA/customer opting for refund for product(s) for any reason needs to inform the Company about his/her intention in writing within 7 days from the date of the distribution of the goods or services to the direct seller(s) / Customer(s). Thereafter, no request for refund shall be entertained after the above stipulated period of 7 days.
  • Request for refund can be made through email at [email protected] or call our customer care executive or connect with us through WhatsApp at +91-9990996041.
  • A customer who cancels his/her order before the product(s) are shipped or the product(s) returns without opening the delivered package, the company shall refund full invoice value.
  • However, if the delivered package is opened and then returned, the said package would be evaluated / assessed by a team of three persons termed as “Returning Officers” (to be decided and changed from time to time) on receipt of the same. The videography/ photography of the same may be made in case of opened package. Refund amount in such cases shall be as follows:

    (a) In case of opened but undamaged and unused product (damaged outer packing only) 75% refund shall be allowed.

    (b) In case of short of product(s) in the delivered package, which on return, the refund amount will be calculated after deduction of the invoice value of short items in the said delivered package on the basis of 75% of the total invoice value.

    (c) In case of damaged/ used return, the cost of restoring/ replacement of damaged/ used product(s) shall be ascertained & deducted on the basis of 75% of the total invoice value.

    • All refund requests shall be processed and paid within thirty working days.

    • All refunds shall be made by NEFT/ through payment Gateway as the case may be.

    • In case of refund, if the package has been shipped to the customer / direct seller, the customer / direct seller must hand it over to the courier specified by the company. However, if the company is not able to arrange the said collection, the customer / direct seller will be under obligation to ship the same to the company on “To Pay Basis” and the company shall bear the cost of reverse pickup.

Exchange Policy:

Any Customer(s) or direct seller(s) may exchange his or her product(s) which are in saleable* condition without any damage etc., within the period of 30 days from the date of distribution of the same. *Saleable goods: means unused and marketable goods or services which have not expired, and which are not seasonal, discontinued or used for special promotion;

• The concerned DSA/ customer to be informed by email/ letter accordingly in all the cases.
